ABOUT

Stephanie Cardon (she/they) has been exhibited nationally and internationally at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, 3 days of design (Copenhagen), the Mills Gallery at Boston Center for the Arts, and the Center for Maine Contemporary Art. In 2018, Now + There (now, the Boston Triennial) commissioned them to make a site-specific installation on the topic of climate justice for Boston's Prudential Center. She has received awards from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, Saint Botolph's Club, Institut Français, and has been an artist-in-residence at MassMoCA, Cold Hollow Sculpture Park, the Wassaic Project, Ucross Foundation, among others. 


Cardon holds a BA in History and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, a graduate certificate in Photography from ICP, and an MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She is a Professor in Studio Foundation at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston, where she has taught full-time since 2019.
